If there is a monster other than a tuner on your field, you will not be attacked, and if a monster is sent to your opponent's GY, it will place a soul drop counter and summon a soul drop token up to the number of the counter.
As for effects that are not attacked, people tend to say that if you have time to use that effect, you should synchronize it, but since it has an effect that creates non-tuner tokens, it's probably just a matter of putting out tokens during the opponent's turn. The favorite is an effect that summons a token, and the low-level synchro with the summoned token will be a weapon. However, although the trigger is loose, there is a limit to the name turn 1, so the deployment power is subtle. Since the opponent's GY is sent, there are many difficult parts such as requiring removal on your own turn.
If you can use the effect two or more times, the explosive power increases, but it is questionable whether this card can straddle the opponent's turn.
