It tends to be underestimated because it doesn't directly lead to advantage because it bounces to the hand, but this card shows its true value when you hold two copies.
Taking advantage of being a Quick-Play Spell, Bounce by activating the first one on the end face of the opponent's turn. On your next turn, set the 2nd card in your hand, collect the 1st card from his GY on the end face, and continue to interfere with the opponent's Spell/Trap set. Even if you destroy this card that was set because you disliked bounce, the loop of setting and collecting again continues on the next turn.
Witchcrafter's field usually has Heine and Veil side by side, so the bounce of the two is guaranteed, and if you set Yabu Snake together in anticipation of the opponent's removal, you'll still get hate.

With the advent of 《Lord of the Heavenly Prison》that prevents set cards from being destroyed, and his Eldlich-related Traps that increase resources by banishing GY, the effect of returning it to the hand is not bad. There are more and more themes that are centered around trap cards, so for those themes, a bounce loop with two drapings would be a pretty impressive combo.
On the Witchcrafter side, with the introduction of Fusion Monster's vice-master, he can loop even a single drape, so I think it's more practical.
