Comprehensive evaluation: Although multiple wall monsters can be made attackers at once, since it is only one turn, follow-up is desired.
Concentrating Current or Magnum Shield are more convenient if you just want to change the defense of one body to his ATK.
This is where you want to take advantage of the fact that it can be used on any number of bodies, and that it also affects the opponent's monsters and weakens them.
For example, "Boot-Up Soldier - Dread Dynamo" is expanded with "Machine Duplication", and after swapping, he uses his Gadget to make him 3 ATK 4000, or so.
If you can get away with it, you'll want to use it as a link material to expose his low ATK on the next opponent's turn.
