Another problem is that this card itself doesn't have the ability to take ads.
You spend 2 cards for this effect and have no way to recover it. Then, even though it's an effect that doesn't have a surprise attack, you can't hit it in succession.
The effect of RBI increase is only during the damage calculation, so it is not possible to stop the opponent's attack for one turn.
If you use it against Yuushi Ensho, who can get ad in battle, you can't use it unless they're on the field. So you are asked for 4 cards.
If you use Tenki, you can certainly cover that heavy cost. However, Tenki is named Turn 1. Isn't it too disproportionate to use it for this one-time RBI increase? Also, since it is a low grade that can be searched, the hit points are limited.
It's also a big minus that this card itself can't search Tenki.
It's an effect that can't be knocked down by Washingin, so it's very incompatible with his current Brotherhood of the Fire Fist.
Even if you have to break through the opponent's monsters with high hit points, there are plenty of removals in Brotherhood of the Fire Fist alone, such as Yuushi, Hakutenou, and Advanced, and Fire Formation, such as Yukou. Resistance can also be negated with Souko.
Besides, basically, you can prepare a higher RBI with 2 Tensen than you can prepare with this card's effect, both individually and as a whole.
