The strongest monster in the monster suppression system. It has an unreasonable effect that changes the rules itself, saying, "This turn, you can't attack and you can't use the effect." Reminds me of the recently regulated Hope Zexal.
Although you can use the effects from your hand and GY, it is very powerful in that you cannot attack. There may be situations where this card alone is stronger than arranging various oppressed monsters.
Also, since it's a free chain, neither Kaiju nor Dark Ruler No More can stop the effect. This is the difficult part. Quick-Play Spell and 《Infinite Impermanence》are weak points.
And... the biggest problem is that there is a possibility that multiple bodies will appear. Even though it's troublesome even if it's just one card, it's too much card power to come out with two or three.
