In the past, this card wasn't very well-received as it was aimed at combos with Atmosphere Blue D Deck and Hell Tempest, but with the implementation of Link Summoning, it was re-evaluated and skyrocketed in value.
Akashic and security are famous for self-bouncing many times and using them so much that they die from overwork.
It's level 8 darkness, so it can be used as trade-in or bait for temptation.
Perhaps because of that, it became semi-restricted as soon as it was reprinted, and even more immediately became restricted.
The interesting thing is that all the long texts are non-effect texts, which means that there is no way to put a turn 1 limit on it, and if you don't use the summoning right, you can immediately use it on the turn you search with a witch.
