1's familiar Ice Barrier action-limiting effect is a check against cards that use his LP cost, but it's only 500 for its narrow range, so what can I say?
2's GY meta effect is not bad per se, but he's not a free chain after lining up Ice Barrier, so it's undeniable that he's underpowered.
His GY effect, which is about 3, is a change in battle position and it's not a furicie, so I'm really sorry.
It's an easy category to search and revive, so if you pin it in, he might be able to reach the GY meta level, but his performance is so low that he doesn't want to go out of his way to enter it, and his level is unnecessarily high, so he can drop it with frost spirit. I can't do it either.
I have to say that I don't really understand why it was made as a new one because it has low single performance and doesn't have cards that are particularly compatible with existing and new Ice Barriers.
Except for the first part, Ice Barrier, which is modest for the 11th term, was new, but it makes me want to say that this added in the pack was unpacked and released as it was in the DT era of the 6th term.
