10 points monster if you ignore the fact that it is a high-class monster
② "Ice Barrier" Spell Trap has a search effect, and you can access monsters by searching crests, so you can search virtually all "Ice Barrier" cards. Sounds like an excellent effect.
The effect of (3) is like a Spell/Trap version of Macro, but chooses the opponent's Deck. It's a bonus effect at most, so you don't have to worry about it too much.
Being able to Special Summon without using summoning rights is excellent. However, the problem is the condition for activating the effect of ①, and it cannot be used if it is drawn to the hand first. Also, since it's level 5, it's not possible to summon it, and it can rot in your hand. For a monster with a necessary search effect to increase deck stability, it's a real pain point.
Overall, it's a necessary monster for the "Ice Barrier" Deck, but I think you'd like to use a smaller number of cards in advance.
