Summoning rights are required, but all cards in the exclusion zone can be bounced to his Deck, allowing you to reuse your own cards, recover Deck resources, and cancel the opponent's exclusion ad.

Therefore, if this card is removed, it will be removed in a chain reaction, sometimes causing a tremendous deck death. Since he is excluded, there is little worry that he will get the GY ad that tends to be deck death.
It's a bit reliant on combos, but if you get it right, it's a card that shows tremendous explosive power.
