A generic Rank 5 Dinosaur monster that appeared in the anime relatively early in the first year of X.
The name of this card's technique is the origin of the monster effect called "Magmax" that destroys a single monster and refers to its ability value to inflict effect damage.
Partly because X's card pool wasn't enough yet, it became so popular that the DP Yuma arc was called a Volka lottery.
It is a removal effect that is almost ineffective against opponents who have even a little resistance to burn damage caused by destroying the target, but the original ATK of the destroyed monster will be fully dealt to the opponent, and the disadvantage after that is that you can attack directly. It was a fairly light effect at the time, as it didn't restrict attacking monsters or directly attacking other monsters, so it could be treated as a finisher in decks that could get Rank 5.
Since only one material is required, it was also strong that if you survived the turn, you could mag max the next turn as well.
On the other hand, it seems that the merits of being a Dinosaur are still not fully utilized.
