A Trap card that targets 1 opponent's monster of the same type as 1 excluded EX card, returns the targeted EX card to his Deck, and has the effect of negating the opponent's monster's effect.
There are a lot of roundabout things written, but in short, what I'm doing is negate the single effect limited to EX monsters.
