Dinosaur's 'Hoshiningen player' that appeared in Struc R.
This card is packed with all the best of strong cards, with a lower class of 18 RBI, a race that supports both NS & SS, Airman & Termination, and a concept that matches this Strak R, which is self-destruction on the field, and resurrection.
As a result, it was taken outside with several dinosaurs, and finally became a restricted card.
It's a 9th generation card, so I can't say anything about it because it's not old enough to say that it's impossible for a card like this to be produced now...
In Yu-Gi-Oh, basically once a card is born, it will not be revised downward unless there is a great deal, whether it is a ruling change or an errata return from a ban. It's a classic example of a follow-on card that doesn't even matter.
But it's an enviable card.
Postscript: In the October 2021 revision, it was relaxed to semi-restriction, and in the January 2022 revision, the restriction was lifted.
Dinosaur's self-power is increasing, but it's a ridiculous world to be able to load 3 low-level monsters like this in such a situation.
