Amdo's dragon Noble Knight means that GX's rival frame is Manjoume.
Release is easy to cover because it is a low-level ritual.
The effects aren't bad, but I don't think you're aiming for summoning just for the 1st effect, and even for the 2nd effect, Dragon has many other useful support, and it's already been said. As you can see, I'm going to say that I'm going to use this guy who has an accident and tends to take up the Deck frame.
It doesn't seem like there's a lot of future potential, but when it comes to wind dragons that go well with rituals, hmm... it's going to take a long time to shine, or it'll probably end up being buried...
