Comprehensive evaluation: At present, it is almost exclusively a support card for 《Springans Ship - Exblowrer》and is a key card.
Discard "Springans" from your hand and play "Springans Ship - Exblowrer" with (2).
During the opponent's turn, 《Springans Ship - Exblowrer》temporarily retreats from the field and uses (3) to seal the attack.
That's the sequence of events, and it's essential to change one Springans card from his hand into his main Xyz Monster to maintain his strength.
In addition to being easily searchable with 《Springans Watch》, it is easy to search even with 《Planet Pathfinder》because it does not use summoning powers.
By the way, (3) can also be activated with 《Time Thief Redoer》, so it might be a good idea to use that as well.
