It looks like an RR with a mechanical bird. However, basic summoning is impossible with RR centered on darkness.
It's wind-bound, but since there are many wind decks with deployment power such as SR and drag, it shouldn't be difficult to summon.
Due to the strengthening effect, it will be an exceptional 4800 points for Link 3, but it is difficult to demonstrate this effect stably now that GY is often used.
