If he has his Ice Barrier in play, he can turn the Evangelist or Wayne into any minor Ice Barrier other than his Spirit Monster, God Spirit. Ice Barrier is a category that is good at blocking the opponent's movement in various ways, so being able to change monsters according to the opponent's situation is great. Candidates for Special Summon are the defense team that blocks the opponent's attacks or the Fumadan group that blocks his spells? It's difficult to Synchro Summon the turn you use your own effect to deploy Evangelist, so use this card to create an Ice Barrier that hinders your opponent's movement, and face your next turn.
The effect activated by GY is also quite good, not only does it add one more card to your hand, but it also allows you to add high-level monsters such as Wayne and Gantara that cannot be salvaged and the banished Ice Barrier to your hand.
