There are a lot of cards with hand trigger effects in EXP4, and this one is one of them. Can be used when the opponent adds a card from his deck to his hand outside of the draw phase, and cannot add cards from his deck after that turn.
The Search Draw Seal itself matches the environment very well, and is effective against his Deck, which has the currently dominating high-speed Search Draw gimmick.
The trigger is tough, but in the end of the century when searches are wild these days, even this is practical enough.
Even though you have 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》in Search Seal, it is difficult to maintain 《Thunder King Rai-Oh》with removal and power inflation. And above all, with the appearance of a full handicap combo with 《Trickstar Reincarnation》, it has become a card that plays an active role on the front lines.
