Since the effect will be activated after the effect of the activated Trap is processed, you can pull the trigger even with a Counter Trap, and you don't have to be in your hand when the Trap is activated, so you can search for it with a spool and dispatch it as it is.
Alter can use this card's power to instantly gain permanent obstruction & resources, so it is required to access this card with super express, but unfortunately it is currently a restricted card.
