His Fossil Knight of the lesser rank.
It has the effect of attacking the monster twice and excluding his GY self and searching for 《Time Stream》.
His Deck that doesn't use lesser monsters is pretty rare, so the fusion summon itself is pretty easy. The additional effect of Fossil fusion is also easy to obtain. However, the only thing you get is a card that only allows you to attack 2000 RBI monsters twice, so I don't really see the merit of using this card as a fusion. Rather, it might be better to use him as a level 4 monster that can only be used as a GY material for some kind of material.
《Time Stream》can be searched by excluding it from GY. 《Time Stream》itself is an indispensable card to bring out his Fossil-ness, but if you don't have a teaching gimmick or 《Extra-Foolish Burial》to put this card in his GY, you will have to fuse him. I have no choice but to send it to GY, which is somewhat inconsistent with the conditions of 《Time Stream》. Since 《Weathering Soldier》is a card that can be searched, it may be possible to use it to some extent.
