The card itself is weak to say the least. However, since it is a popular series, it is not a level that can not be fought because it has received a large amount of support cards (nursing care) at the same level as that The Winged Dragon of Ra.

In short, Synchro and Xyz materials were sent to GY and Special Summoned from the EX Deck, but this card is a card that appears in the main Deck, so it's not a complicated story. The material is specified as [1 "Fire Charmer Heater" + 1 other FIRE monster]. Considering the material conditions, it is quite weak at 1850 penetration. 　
In recent years, thanks to link summoning, "one of his other FIRE monsters" is easy to prepare without being influenced by the main deck, and if you make full use of 《Salamangreat Almiraj》etc., you can do something about it. 《Debris Dragon》is Normal Summoned and 《Hiita the Fire Charmer》is lifted up to make 《Debris Dragon》《Salamangreat Almiraj》.
That said, 《Awakening of the Possessed - Greater Inari Fire》is much stronger, so it will probably settle down to building just a fan Deck.
In terms of card power alone, it's a card with a rating of 2, but since it's an illustration and it's a needlessly popular card, the rating is on the rise. (I also like it, so let's give it a rating of 6!)
