The downsides are that the conditions are cumbersome, it will assist against Dark World opponents, it will only be handicap for those with resistance to destruction, and it may be a hidden restriction that cannot be activated unless both players have at least one card in their hand.
Scapegoat, of course, but the increase in compatible cards such as 《Linkross》and Paleozoic is also a tailwind.
There is also a combo that can meet the conditions with Junk Synchron and Rampage Summon. The procedure is
Junk Ron NS -> GY's low level vanilla SS -> Runaway summon to summon 2 more -> Harry link summon -> Recruit "Galaxy Serpent" etc. -> Generate "Linkross" as Harry material and complete with 2 tokens.
After that, you can synchronize it, or you can expand it further and release the dragoon from the anaconda.

Although it requires 2 Normal Spells, which are hard to find, it is possible to go first and go all handicap without being disturbed. If it's something like Orpheus, it seems to be returned easily.
