A remake of Endymion, the Holy Sorcerer King, as his Pendulum Monster. It is also impressive that there is a lot of text.
Since you can Special Summon from the P zone by removing 6 magic counters from the field, you can use 《Magical Citadel of Endymion》or 《Toon Table of Contents》together to get it into the field relatively easily.
