Equipment is essential to exert its effect, and the RBI alone is 2300, which is a low number for level 7.
Burn is basically a bonus and I think removal will be the main one, but then there are Braro, which can remove all and bounce by itself, and Quantum, which has a bounce that doesn't target even though it's necessary to go through the battle. There is no turn limit, but the required number and consumption tend to increase.
This card is a warrior, and warriors have much more opportunity to adopt equipment than before due to Isolde's presence. If you use it, it will be around the warrior center and the equipment beat.
I wrote it as a bonus, but since Burn is not restricted to the same name, it may not be abused depending on the future card pool.
It's highly dependent on combos, but I don't think it's a bad card.
