A powerful hand trigger card that can only be used in the Fairy Deck. Another good point is that unlike Veiler, you can use it even during your own turn. "Infinite Impermanence" is a good rival, but the effect itself is better for this card as it can negate the effects of cards activated in her hand or in her GY.
Although it requires a hand cost, it is worth it because you can gain two advantages by interfering with the advantage your opponent originally had and destroying the monster.
However, Fairy doesn't have that much resilience, so it doesn't have enough stamina to fire this card in rapid succession, so it seems reasonable to think that this one card is enough to stop the opponent's main card.
Therefore, it's a good idea to have 1-2 cards in your deck and use the rest as generic hand trigger cards.
By the way, it is a plain tuner. It also expands the range of the EX Deck, so you can appreciate that point as well.
