The fact that it's been 15 years since it was banned is a good indicator of how dangerous this card was.
Restriction finally reinstated due to errata on April 2020. With the turn 1 restriction and the change to a trigger effect that activates after going from the monster zone to his GY, it should have been possible to avoid the flow of being fatally wounded if the first move is taken.
In the past, if he went to GY in any form, he could use as many Trap cards as he wanted that turn. It was simply dangerous because the bigger the card pool, the worse the modus operandi could get.
In the past, there was no time lag, and 《Exchange of the Spirit》before errata was shot on the first move.
After returning, will it be used for solitaire somewhere again? I want to keep an eye on trends.
