Although it has an indeterminate removal effect, it is a monster that can be called a general-purpose link 2 because the material is loosely bound.
It targets and negates the effect in exchange for handicap, so it's unreliable as a removal, and it's inferior to Phoenix as a means of removing Spell Trap, but considering that it doesn't matter what type of card it's face-up. At least I can compete with Cerberus.
Since it's an activation effect, it can be used every turn, but if it's on par with Cerberus, it's basically a one-time effect.
It's a card that needs a little extra reason for adoption, such as focusing on race, attributes, and discarding cards, because it's slightly versatile.
