It has the same lock effect as the captain and his deck death effect, and it targets Ande, who has many resurrection methods, so it's easy to aim for many of his deck deaths.
There is no restriction on activating the same name, so if you activate it many times in a row, it will become realistic for him to win with Deck Death.
Also, the trigger doesn't matter who you are or who you are. So, as already said, it's not impossible to send a large amount of GY fertilizer.
However, Samoso, which was a good match, is now banned, and his GY manure is preferred because of its certainty, so it's not worth sending it all the way.
On its own, it gives a strong impression of being half-baked, so I think it's a card for exclusive construction, as many people say.
It's highly dependent on combos, but I think it's a unique and interesting card.
