It can only be used during a limited number of phases during the opponent's turn, it cannot be used under macros, it is ineffective against targets with resistance, and since it is a relatively major card in hand trigger monsters, it can easily be eliminated. There is no doubt that is a strong card, and unlike Urara and the others, there is no name turn 1, so it is particularly large that it can be used even if it is doubled, and it does not matter how many cards you draw with G.
It doesn't necessarily have to react to the activation of the opponent's monster's effect on the field, so I'm very grateful that there are situations where it's effective against monsters with permanent effects or activation effects that activate their own effects.
However, since it only negates the effect and does not destroy it, it is difficult to use this card in a low-speed Deck that is difficult to earn ads, but if the first attack is expanded to the maximum, there is nothing more to do. Although the input rate to the main side changes greatly depending on it, it is also often used.
Because of that nature, I basically don't put it on the field and use it, but for some reason it's a tuner, so I use it as a link material for Link 2's Hari, and with Link 2's Hari, I call it from the Deck and Link 3's Serene is Link Summoned. , It was also evaluated as a spell-user tuner suitable for the so-called "Harisere access" move, which connects to access by Special Summoning from GY with Serene in Link 3, but this is the limit regulation in July 2022.
