This card itself can't take any direct advantage, and the summon right must be used on this card. Furthermore, he is set to have poor stats and unwieldy racial attributes, and to put it bluntly, he is like a baggage that loses Deck power just by throwing him in. In other words, we can consider that the effect of this card is an extremely dangerous one that can overturn various low specs.
Since Fenrir with a similar effect is unlimited, the biggest problem with this card is not the Drawlock itself, but the timing of the effect activation. If the effect is activated regardless of the opponent's remaining LP, victory is almost guaranteed, so it can be seen as a de facto special victory card.
It's been a long time since this card was active, and it's already a different game, so there are pros and cons about the regulation status of this card. I think it's hopeless to release it because it's a card that affects the gameplay rather than the balance of the environment.
