It doesn't have the name Turn 1 and can't do the Battle Phase, but it's just an "effect" that makes it impossible to Special Summon, so it's a card that can be fired twice even if it's negate.
Urara, which is the biggest weakness, is turn 1, so if you draw two cards, even if Urara stops the first one, Urara won't stop the second one.
I don't mind the heavy LP cost that much, but due to the restriction that I can't perform the battle phase, it doesn't work well with 《Evenly Matched》. That's my impression.
In this area, the quality of his Special Summon trigger effect and permanent effect that the SSed monster has has a great influence, and depending on that, it may be strong even from the second attack.
