Although the cost is somewhat limited, you can replenish the material when Special Summon succeeds, so you can aim to activate the effect even from non-regular summons and resurrection. I wonder if it's not released in Bahasha.
However, currently, 71 tends to be prioritized even if it is mochi or FA underlay. A place where you want to play an active role in a deck where you can aim for a regular summon and make use of the effect.
It's an effect that can be useful in the closing phase, so if you have room, I think you can try using it for general purposes. The 2000 Direct alone is not to be underestimated.
