It has been corrected in a way that I do not understand. This card was reborn as a Normal Spell with its original effect + α. The draw effect of ② is also attractive, but be aware that only one of them can be activated. Both effects are fairly strong, but the fact that they require WATER X monsters is still a bit harsh.
