This is a piece that is likely to be highly rated by people.
① is an effect that cuts himself and his WATER monster in his hand, peeps the opponent's hand, and removes one until the end time.
Being able to peeping and handicap is quite powerful, and plays an important role in answering the recent hand triggers and understanding his opponent's deck in tournaments.
However, you have to discard a total of 2 cards, yourself and his WATER, and the handicapped card returns at the end, so the loss is not small in terms of card advantage. That said, it's extremely rare to find a card that can actively perform both peeping and handicap, so I'll give it a certain amount of credit for its uniqueness.
② is the effect of returning his WATER of GY to the Deck by sending his Deck's top 3 cards to his GY at Special Summon. Compared to other deep-sea monsters, it doesn't directly lead to an advantage, so it seems that it is rarely used preferentially.
