It has the effect of treating it as a Salamangreat card, and when the opponent has more cards than you, you can draw according to the number of markers on one of your opponent's Link Monsters.
The opponent needs to be using his Link Monster, but it is a card that can be expected to draw explosively under relatively loose conditions. Even with Link 2, he can turn into a pot of greed, but with a higher link opponent, it's even more so. Of course, if the opponent is linking even on the first turn of the second attack, you can aim to use it.
It's a bit painful to not be able to use general purpose even though Salamangreat is a deck centered on fire. Also, there is a part that can not be expected to be effective against opponents who do not use links, so it is suitable for the side. Still, a card that can be Salamangreat's Ultra C that can expect a non-standard draw.
Even so, I feel like there are a lot of cards that don't draw well, such as this card, Arcetis, and Ai Contact.
