A card that appeared at the wrong time in a bad way. TG and the Timelord did well.
As many people have said, not only can he not Normal Summon, but he can't enter the battlefield without 3 "Meklord" monsters, and he can't raise his ATK unless he sends it to GY. There is clearly no cost-effectiveness. The only hope is that the original attack and defense is 0, so it is easy to use and can be used as a material for Gustav Max.
When this card came out, many anime cards were weakened due to the failure of BF and IF. It was said that KONAMI was strict when it came to adjusting cards that had gods in their names, but even though it took him a long time to create the aforementioned Timelord, he was able to reproduce almost all of the anime effects, so that law was broken. .
