Unusually for a Monarch, even Special Summon activates its effect, and since it can remove 2 cards, it is normally completely compatible with Zabolg and Granmarg, so it has a disadvantage.
First of all, it is impossible to attack in the turn when the effect is used, which is unique to the past. It's a rare trigger effect for a card with this kind of disadvantage, so if you use it on your opponent's turn, you can knock them down. However, due to the disadvantage of allowing another removed card player to draw, it is difficult to widen the ad gap, so it is not used in normal Monarch, and on the contrary, it is the ultimate dogma of luck game x solitaire with draw as the main. It has also been adopted in blades.
However, new in the 9th term, especially removing from the recruitment of Aiteru, and increasing the role of destroying your own cards to draw cards, it has become an important card in Monarch.
As a simple removal card, it has a high combo potential, so I feel like I can still consider using it outside of Monarch.
