A monarch king card that can negate face-up card effects.
Since it's a Quick-Play Spell, it can be chained to become a defensive card or a sacrifice escape.
However, you need high-level monsters that Normal Summon at a cost, and even if you can reduce release like Barbaros and True Monarch King, one specific monster is heavy. It would have been impossible at the time, but how good was this if it was a bounce?
You can change the attribute of monsters on the field with the GY effect, and you can aim for the additional effect of her Monarch while using it together with Rakusen, but the main purpose is to further remove it with Zabolg.
It looks a little complicated as a support, but if you use it, it's a decent impression.
