One card that was banned because the target card was banned. This card is especially bad.
The effect itself isn't that bad, but it's not the kind of effect you'd want to activate by setting it up with a specific card.
The deployment key has been banned, and it's hard to put it into play, and it's not even a Special Summon monster, so even Thunderclap can't be deployed.
Currently, the chances of activating the effect are limited to 《Lullaby of Obedience》(and the opponent activates it).
