From "A Hero Emerges", the activation conditions are made more passive, and the ability to deploy is also tied to E-HERO, so it's less stable, but the difference from "A Hero Emerges" is the addition of single-target removal and her sending GY. To be honest, there is not much difference in removing the disadvantages.
It can be differentiated from 《Hero Signal》, which has the same conditions, in that it can also be advanced, but with HERO, which has many ways to fertilize GY, it is often easier to incorporate advanced revival and return into tactics.
It's the type of card that does things with a lot of troublesome restrictions that are unique to old cards, so I don't think that's necessary in the current HERO.
