It's an E・HERO exclusive, but while you need a monster on the field, you can change the name like Prismer.
However, if you just want to enjoy name support, Prismers with HERO support such as Emako and Alive are easier to handle, and Vion's existence hurts even if he's GY fertilizer for HERO who can't be dropped by Prismer.
The biggest advantage of this card is that it can force a non-HERO monster to become a HERO, and the combo with a wealth of HERO tactics is also interesting in its own way. However, since it uses Normal Spells, which have no means of searching, it's a bit of an annoyance that it's rather unstable.
