It seems that you are aware of the effect of adding a Permission effect, a Ritual to the hand, and 《Herald of the Arc Light》.
The material is general-purpose, but if you want to use the former effect, you can accumulate angels in your hand = most of your deck will be angels, so it is almost the same monster as angel binding.
Your opponent will try to destroy this card in battle so that you won't be able to use the Permission Effect, and it's meshing with the Ritual Salvage Effect.
However, compared to Nijikou, which negates all effects on its own and uses itself as a cost to search for rituals, I am concerned that the effect is several steps inferior.
