Herald's link can be used in many of her decks in terms of materials, but effectively Fairy is almost exclusive to Ritual Decks.
The effect is to send Fairy to GY to negate Spell Trap and salvage the ritual if sent to GY by the opponent. It's a weak stat, so it's unreliable as a suppression, and even if it's destroyed by battle with the effect of 2, you can salvage the Ritual Spell and monsters, but it's not a search, it's a salvage, so it's an effect that requires a ritual once. Yes, it needs to be sent to GY by the opponent, so I can't combo with my card, and I'm not sure about the 1st effect, so if I want to use it, I want to make use of the 2nd effect, but in a Deck that can make use of the 2nd effect, I purposely use this card in the first place. I feel like I need to take it out.
Overall, it's a pity that there is one card in the Link Vrains pack every year.
