The significance of adding a new one to the fusion summoning destinations of 《Dark Magician Girl》and 《The Eye of Timaeus》is significant. With a 《Dark Magician》Deck that consumes a lot of cards, the draw source and the effect of increasing the speed of his Spell/Trap are useful. If you use "Soul Servant" from the same pack, you can immediately draw the searched card into your hand.
If this card is destroyed, the teacher and student will be on the field, and you can expect some recovery from the disadvantages of Eternal Soul.
The downside is that this card itself doesn't have the names "Dark Magician" and "Dark Magician Girl", so it can't receive some synergies from various support cards. Is it about making good use of being a DARK/Spellcaster?
