An S monster with a sharp smell.
It can be used as a general-purpose accelerator, Synchron, when S-summoned, the monster can be dropped to his GY while its level is lowered by that level, and it can be S-summoned using itself as a material during the opponent's turn.
The only difference is that the level has risen by 2, and there is a limit that it can be dropped (almost) below level 6, and even considering that the dropped monster effect cannot be used that turn, there is a high degree of freedom.
Also, the stats are excellent, level 7 Synchro is easy to use with Destrudo, which probably played a role in banning the Eel Dragon, and since it's a Synchro Tuner, you can aim for Accel Synchro while fertilizing his GY and changing his level with Hari Fiber on the opponent's turn. It also has an outstanding compatibility. (Or rather, it would be a trick at the time when the level change was not used as an activation effect)
I can't deny the ease of use because of the firmness, but I think the single performance as an S support is perfect.
