A card that blows away the GY ad and gives you a hand ad and a deck ad.
There's no way a card that simply increases your hand by one card is weak. When you're in trouble, this guy's turn.
In addition, if you can reload gadgets, bullets, and recruiters, it's twice as delicious as one grain.

It is a strong candidate for adoption in Decks where GY tends to grow, as it can reuse monsters that fell into GY and draw. It goes well with a deck that uses monsters like hot water.
It is semi-restricted, probably because the adoption rate is declining due to the appearance of Greedy, which allows you to draw 2 without depending on the GY source.
