You can set the opponent's monster's RBI to 0, but you can't use it as a cost and you have 0 RBI, so you need another monster to destroy it in battle. In other words, if you want to use it effectively, you'll need three monsters, and you'll need something that's heavy enough to be a lower class.
Since it tends to expose 0 hit points, there is also a dangerous risk if it is not treated as some sort of material.
