I thought I would give it 1 point to lower the overrated score, but I will review it based on the actual feeling of use.
Level 1, low status, level fluctuation and so far seems to be usable. However, because it is his EARTH that cannot be recruited, it is not compatible with Gimme Pape's valuable support, which is weak on ground, such as Duplication Art Runaway Summoning Train "Allure of Darkness" (and Pape Pare), and is more inconvenient than you might imagine. Personally, I'm out of the hiring range when I don't respond to the aforementioned support or his Special Summon on my own.
Concerning the summoning right, nowadays it is often used for cards (Humpty, Tetherwolf, etc.) to set up a Chimera Doll, and the Chimera Doll itself does not bring this card.
Regardless of when it first came out, now with the existence of link summoning (declining importance of levels), I think it would be more useful to include another Kimipape, even if it's not so useless.
