In addition to the recruit effect by releasing yourself by discarding her spell cards from the hand, which is a common effect for lower witchcrafters, by excluding GY's own and her Witchcrafter spell cards, you can activate the same effect as her excluded spell cards. A new Witchcrafter card with an effect.
Witchcrafter's common recruiting effect is excellent, so we should be honest and grateful that the number of low-levels with it has increased. In the case of this card, if you choose her Witchcrafter card as her spell card for the cost, it will also lead to its own copy effect.
The effect copy effect by exclusion not only allows GY to cast her Witchcrafter Spell, but also ignores the limit on how many times it can be cast. Exclusion, however, also negates the Witchcrafter Spell's unique and powerful self-salvage effect. Therefore, I think it would be better to copy the cards that overlap two or more in GY.
It's a bit quirky, but I think it's a card that can propose a new way of movement for Witchcrafters.
