As for the effect of feeding @Ignister to her GY, the only @Ignister with the effect of activating GY at present is Donyoribo, so the main thing is to prepare Ai Dollingbone's resurrection destination.
The effect of Cyberse's S summoning allows the development of further other cards. It's an effect that can be used not only with @Ignister, but it works well with @Ignister, who is blessed with monsters that can use its effect during Special Summons.
Wind Pegasus is not a card that is essential, so I don't feel the need to forcibly incorporate an S summon gimmick, but considering the nature of Ignister Ai Land, it wouldn't hurt to incorporate it.
