A card that reveals each other's hand and makes it unusable if the other party has the card shown from the hand.
As already said, if it's for peeping purposes, it's better to use Respect Play, which reveals only the other party, or a sealed mirror.
The effect that blocks the activation is dependent on the opponent and you have to hold it yourself, which is double trouble, and the only thing you can aim for other than the mirror is hand triggers.
However, assuming a situation where both of you have it, you are assuming that both of you are putting it into his deck, so in many cases Crossout Designator is easier to use, although the nature is different.
Permanent or subtle, but disposable Normal Trap is also a factor that further lowers the evaluation.
Cards with Piquekura drawn at the same time are just hard to use, but that hasn't changed over time.
